The Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 10th January, 1985 under the name of Ras Builders and Apart Hotels private Limited, then converted into a Public Limited Company on 8th July, 1985. The Company’s name was subsequently changed to Ras Resorts and Apart Hotel Limited and the Certificate for Change of Name was obtained on 10th September 1985.

The Company has Four Star Category of Hotel of International Standards at Silvassa, Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
